Questions

Everything we get asked, answered plainly. If yours is not here, email support@testerhub.app.

Are your testers real people?

Yes. Every tester is a real person with a long-standing Google account and a physical Android device. No emulators, no cloud phones, no bulk-registered accounts — fake accounts are what gets developer accounts terminated, and that risk lands on you.

Will your testers rate or review my app?

No. Never. Google prohibits incentivised ratings and reviews, and asking a paid tester for five stars is the fastest way to lose an app and a developer account. Ask us to arrange reviews and we decline and refund your order.

Do you need access to my Play Console?

No, and we refuse it if offered. You keep full control of your account. If your app needs a login, create a disposable test account for us — never share a production admin account.

What do I need to provide?

Two things, about two minutes, and not until after we have sent your testers: (1) your app's package name, for example com.example.myapp; (2) your closed-testing opt-in link — the one that starts with https://play.google.com/apps/testing/ and ends with your package name. To find it: Play Console → Testing → Closed testing → open your track → Testers tab → scroll to How testers join your test → under “Join on the web”, Copy link. Both are asked for in the setup guide, at the point where you already have that screen open.

How soon does testing start?

We send you your 12 tester accounts within 12 hours of your payment — nothing is needed from you first. They arrive with one short guide, which asks you to add the addresses to your closed test and to give us your package name and opt-in link. Submit that and day 1 of 14 begins. Your order page shows which stage you are in.

Can I change or swap my app after submitting?

Before testing starts, email us and we will update your order. Once testing has started the app is locked: the 14-day count is tied to that closed-testing track. Keep uploading new builds to the same track — an update does not reset the count.

What do I do after the 14 days?

Go to Play Console → Publishing overview → Apply for production access and answer the questionnaire yourself. We do not write your answers or invent feedback — reviewers notice, and it can cost you the account.

Can you guarantee Google approves my app?

Not unconditionally — and be careful with anyone who says otherwise, since approval also depends on your app's quality, your policy compliance and your questionnaire answers, none of which are ours to fix. What we do guarantee is our half: 12 real testers, opted in through Google's official flow, for 14 consecutive days. If Google's rejection is specifically about the testing requirement itself — testers not staying opted in, fewer than 12 active, testing not completing — write to us with what Google told you and we will run a second batch of 12 testers for free. If that does not resolve it either, we refund you in full.

Do I get any proof of what you delivered?

Yes. Once your 14-day window completes, your order page shows a summary: how many testers we delivered, which countries they came from, and the exact dates your window ran. We don't track or show what any individual tester did day to day — the testers are not ours to identify — but the delivery record is there for as long as you need it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take payment through Stripe, so you can pay with whatever Stripe offers for your country and currency — cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link among them. The card form is Stripe's own page; we never see or store your card number. If your payment will not go through, do not keep retrying — write to support@testerhub.app and tell us what happened. We can send you a payment link through a different route, PayPal included. A bank declining a foreign online charge is common and it is not a judgement about you.

How do I reach you?
