Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and AppRocket Studio (trading as TesterHub) for closed-testing orders placed through https://testerhub.app. Placing an order means you accept them, and the version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.

1. What we provide

We supply 12 real human testers who opt in to your Google Play closed test through the opt-in link you give us, and who remain opted in for 14 consecutive days. Testers use physical Android devices and long-standing Google accounts. That is the entirety of the service.

2. What we do not provide

We do not promise, and cannot promise, that Google will approve your application for production access — see our Refund Policy for what happens if our own testing delivery is why you were rejected. We do not rate or review your app, and we will decline and refund any order that asks us to. We do not request or accept access to your Play Console. We do not write your production-access questionnaire or supply feedback for you to submit as your own.

3. What you provide

A published closed-testing release, its package name, and the closed-testing opt-in link Google issues for it. You confirm that the app is yours to test, that it complies with Google Play policy, and that it contains nothing unlawful. If your app requires an account, you supply a disposable test account rather than a production one. You are responsible for keeping these details accurate; we act on exactly what you give us.

4. Payment

Orders are a single payment, taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown exclusive of tax; any VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout from your billing address. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

5. Immediate performance and waiver of withdrawal

By ticking the box at checkout you expressly request that we begin performing this service immediately, and you acknowledge that once performance has begun you lose your right of withdrawal — including the 14-day right EU and UK consumers would otherwise have. Once your order is in testing it cannot be stopped and cannot be refunded: the testers are committed to your app for the full 14 days.

6. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and prevails over them on any refund question.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for the outcome of your production-access application, for changes Google makes to its requirements, or for losses arising from your app being removed or your developer account being actioned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Ending an order

We may decline or stop an order, refunding you in full, if the app is unlawful, if we are asked to do anything that breaches Google Play policy, or if the details supplied are not ours to act on.

9. Changes

We may change these terms for future orders. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and we keep a record of which that was.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in California have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence, and it does not prevent you from bringing a claim there. Please write to support@testerhub.app before starting formal proceedings — we would much rather settle it directly, and almost always do.

11. Contact

Email support@testerhub.app. Quote your order reference and we will find you straight away.

Published in English only; no translation is provided. The English text is the version that legally applies.
