Privacy Policy

AppRocket Studio (trading as TesterHub), established in California, United States, is the controller for the personal data described here, and support@testerhub.app is where to reach us about any of it. We hold very little, and this page lists all of it.
1. What we collect
Your email address and, if you sign in, your name and profile picture from Google. Your name, billing address and any tax ID, which Stripe collects at checkout and passes to us with the payment record — we keep a copy of that record. Your app's name, package name and closed-testing opt-in link. The language you would like us to write to you in. Any message you send us, and the notes we write on your order. For each order we also hold the email addresses of the testers assigned to it and the countries they test from, because that list is the thing you have to enter in Play Console. If you reached us by clicking one of our ads, the identifier that click carried and the campaign labels on the link, stored against your order unless you opted out (see clause 9). That is the complete list.
2. What we do not collect
We never receive your card number — payment happens entirely on Stripe's pages. We do not ask for or accept your Play Console credentials. We do not collect your app's build artefacts. We do not sell or share personal data, and we do not use it to train anything.
3. Why we hold it
To deliver the order you paid for and to contact you about it, which is performance of our contract with you. To issue invoices and meet tax obligations, which is a legal obligation. To defend a payment dispute if one is raised, which is our legitimate interest in being paid for work done. To measure which of our ads actually bring customers, which is our legitimate interest in knowing whether advertising spend works — you can opt out at any time, before or after the fact, by emailing support@testerhub.app, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an automatic opt-out; nothing else on this page depends on it.
4. How long we keep it
Order and financial records are kept for at least 7 years, which is what tax law and payment-dispute windows require. Payment-provider event payloads and application logs are kept for as long as they are needed to investigate a problem or defend a payment dispute — in practice, until the dispute window for that order has closed. Outside the records we are legally required to keep, we delete data on request: email support@testerhub.app and we will do it.
5. Who else processes it
Stripe (payments and invoicing), Supabase (database and sign-in), Railway (hosting), and Resend (email delivery). Each acts on our instructions and only to run this service. If you arrived from one of our ads and did not opt out (see clause 9), Reddit also receives a record that a purchase happened, carrying your email address hashed — never in the clear — so that it can match the sale to the ad. We use no analytics or profiling providers of any kind.
6. Where it is held
Our processors operate infrastructure in the United States and the European Union, so your data may be handled outside your own country. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards those providers offer — for European data, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. How we protect it
Card data never touches our systems. Everything else travels over TLS and is stored encrypted at rest by our database provider. Administrative access is granted through a table we can revoke instantly rather than a permission baked into a token, and the number of people holding it is small enough to name.
8. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it. Email support@testerhub.app and we respond within 30 days at the outside, usually far sooner. Deleting an account does not delete financial records we are legally required to keep. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Cookies
A session cookie when you sign in, and a cookie remembering your language. Neither is optional: the site does not work without them, and neither tells anyone anything about you. If you arrive from one of our ads, we load Reddit's advertising pixel and keep the identifier and campaign labels that ad link carried in a cookie for 30 days, without asking first. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a refusal: nothing loads and nothing is stored. You can also opt out, and have anything already stored deleted, by emailing support@testerhub.app (see clause 8). Either way there is no analytics, no profiling and no other third-party tracker on this site.
